In 1975, a leading custom injection molding company, Falcon Plastics, Inc. was born in Brookings, South Dakota. Founded by Don and Carol Bender, Falcon Plastics, Inc. set out to provide superior custom injection molding to a variety of companies nationwide in fields such as medical, business machine, agriculture, electronics, and appliance.
Committed to the entrepreneurial spirit and beginning each product development process by listening to the customer, Falcon's unique covenant, setting them apart from the competition, is the ability to produce direct product design from start to finish. Headquartered in Brookings, South Dakota with additional plants in Madison, SD and Lexington, TN, Falcon has designed products for companies all over the world, using expertise in areas including: Pro-E and Cad Key software, tooling, hot-stamping, sonic welding, automation, insert and scientific molding, prototyping, assembly, and much more.
