Since 1884, FCA has impacted the lives of countless Long Islanders. Our not-for-profit health and human services organization is dedicated to serving empowering under-served families while helping them overcome social, economic and public health challenges. Each of our programs are designed to create stronger, more resilient communities across Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

We believe in the potential of Long Island - a place where no child, senior, family or community is left to struggle with barriers to health care, education employment or economic prosperity. Long Island continues to be one of the greatest place in the the world to live and raise a family for many; we exist to ensure that be the case for all.
