Family and Youth Initiatives (FYI) is a nonprofit based in New Carlisle, Ohio, offering a range of services to support families and youth. It began in 1978 as the Tri-County Women's Network, founded by Pat Banaszak and Carol Tipton to provide free education and support to teen mothers, and it subsequently served more than 1,200 families through three Southwest Ohio centers. In 1993 a rise in requests for pregnancy testing from very young girls led the organization to rename itself FYI and broaden its mission.

Today FYI delivers programs for pregnant women and parents with young children, as well as youth and adults seeking education and life-skills development. Offerings include an earn-while-you-learn program providing essential items at no cost, a free preschool focused on social and emotional development, in-school youth programming on healthy relationships and at-risk behaviors, and GED or job-skills classes. A recent development noted is a collaboration with the Matteson Area Public Library District to sponsor a Kids Haunted House.
