Family Partners is a State Licensed Adult Day Center that specializes in Alzheimer's and dementia care.
The center is open Monday-Friday 7am-6pm. We provide a home-like setting with socialization, stimulating activities and supervision. For the participants, Family Partners is their "fun place"! For the families we're so much more. While providing some much needed respite, we partner with the caregiver and physician to provide individualized care plans including goals to encourage independence and maintain their quality of life.
