Family Recovery Services opened their doors to serve Southern Ohio in 1983.  Both FRS Counseling and FRS Transportation are part of the Family Recovery Services Agency.  

FRS Counseling is an outpatient counseling center for the residents of Southern Ohio with offices located in Highland and Adams County.  As a CARF accredited site we provide services for Substance Abuse Prevention, Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment, Intensive Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment, Medication Assisted Treatment, Outpatient Mental Health Services, Partial Hospitalization Services for Children and Adolescents, and Psychiatric Services.  

FRS Transportation provides transportation for Highland and Adams County residents to medical/counseling appointments and job/educational training in Highland/Adams Counties and the surrounding areas of Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Chillicothe and Portsmouth.
