Seyfarth Shaw is a highly ranked international law firm with 900 attorneys and 13 offices and an outstanding reputation. Joining Seyfarth will allow us to continue to serve our clients in the same personal and client-driven manner while offering a broader range of legal services including litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate transactions. Our core legal team including: Dr. Dean Fanelli, Dr. Thomas Haag, Dr. King Wong, Ms. Maria Maebius, Dr. Parithosh Tungaturthi, Dr. Alex Li, and Mr. Robert Terzoli will remain intact. Due to the high quality of our services, we are being contacted by clients to perform increasingly complex transactional work, U.S. Patent and Trademark Office post grant and inter partes review proceedings, and handle district court litigation. These are services that we feel will be much better provided through a large general practice firm with greater resources and bandwidth currently available to us. Joining Seyfarth will allow us to continue to serve our clients in the same manner they have become accustomed while providing a broader legal platform to more completely attend to our clients’ needs.
