Faragalla Group, founded in 1973 by Eng. Mohamed Farag Amer, is a sizable, diversified food producer headquartered in Cairo, Egypt. The group operates a large industrial complex near New Borg El-Arab city, covering about 500,000 square meters and comprising 28 factories, all certified to ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and HACCP, with a juice facility approved by the US FDA. It spans eight product categories including juice, dairy, confectionery, bakery items, groceries, processed meat and poultry, and frozen vegetables, organized into three processing companies: the Egyptian Company for Freezing and Beef Processing, the Egyptian Food Company, and the Egyptian Company for Food Development.
