Farms Close By is a farming operation that has been created to solve a number of problems.  

First, we accomplish the task of supplying year-round organically grown produce close to the growing communities in and around the country by embedding franchised micro-farms directly into local neighborhoods to grow organic food most desired by the local communities.  

Next, we will work with the local commities to assist first-time farmers, women, minorities and veterans to purchase our franchise units.

We will provide a new solution to help eliminate the problems associated with food deserts by locating our farms closer to neighborhoods where people readily need greater access to wholesome food while providing our investor with Opportunity Zone tax benefits.

We will accomplish all these goals by utilizing Nelson & Pade growing systems, developed over the course of a 20+ year successful track with systems working around the globe.  We will also utilize the New Growing System from Spain to leverage technologies to grow food in a high density manner.
