Farrell Treatment Center is licensed by the State of Connecticut as a substance abuse treatment facility, offering 28 day Residential, Intensive Outpatient, and outpatient counseling in both individual and group modalities. The goal of the Farrell Treatment Center is to treat the many aspects of substance abuse and dependence and to restore the substance dependent person to a meaningful role in society. The clinically based programs address the needs of the whole person within the larger context of their current life situation. The physical and psychological functioning of all the incoming clients is determined through a diagnostic assessment. An individual contract, the Recovery Plan, is formulated between client and counselor, and reviewed at regular intervals with the counseling team. Farrell Treatment Center accepts referrals from other providers, social service agencies, employers, and any individuals recognizing his/her problem may refer them for evaluation of need for treatment. Our rehab is a 28 day design for men only. Both IOP and outpatient are co-ed. We offer specialty groups for Early Intervention, Men's Issues, Women's Issues, and Relapse Prevention and Substance Abuse Evaluations. We also provide family and Couple's Therapy As of Jul1, 2015, FTC now accepts commercial insurances for IOP and Outpatient Services.
