Fastenal India Sourcing, IT & Procurement Pvt Ltd was setup in Sep 2013 in Bangalore, Karnataka with a purpose of establishing a Technology Center of Excellence in India. As an integral part of Fastenal’s IT team, our involvement and responsibilities in IT initiatives are same as the Corporate. We engage in full Lifecycle Application Management including Design, Development, Infrastructure Support, Manual and Automation Testing, Application Support & Maintenance. We use state-of-the art technology stack to create and support enterprise applications serving our core business needs, spanning across our line of business that includes Store Solutions, E-Commerce and Supply Chain. We always believe that right applications allows business to be innovative, more productive, efficient and take leading edge over competitors.

Over the last two years, we have grown more than three times in manpower strength. We encourage out of box thinking and push boundaries to achieve the impossible. During the campus visits, we encourage students to interact with our team to understand the nature of work and company culture. We hire graduates mainly from Engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology & Electronics and communication) & MCA disciplines at the campuses. Some of the campuses we have visited are BIT Mesra - Ranchi, NIT – Trichy and VIT - Vellore.
