Fatigue Science develops fatigue management software that forecasts personalized fatigue risk for workers without wearables. The platform predicts fatigue at shift start and up to 18 hours ahead to support fitness-for-duty decisions, with its flagship Readi delivering insights to dispatchers, supervisors, operations teams, safety professionals, and operators.

Its biomathematical models are scientifically validated, including use by the US Army, Navy, Air Force, US Department of Transportation, and Federal Aviation Administration. The Vancouver-based company serves heavy industry and transportation clients, including major miners and operators such as Newmont, Glencore, Fresnillo, Minsur, Barrick, and BHP. In May 2024, Fatigue Science expanded its leadership with two executive appointments (Vice President of Product and Vice President of Revenue).
