Fatty Sundays is a retail business based in Brooklyn, New York, founded in 2010 by sisters Ali and Lauren who aimed to redefine the classic chocolate-covered pretzel with new gourmet flavors. It operates as a small, family-led company and has developed more than ten distinct chocolate-covered pretzel flavors, in addition to a chocolate-covered matzah offered for Passover. The company ships its treats to customers across the United States and Canada.

Its products are distributed through specialty gourmet stores, boutique gift shops, and online retailers in the US and Canada, and have appeared in subscription boxes such as Birchbox and PopSugar, as well as in larger retail channels like Starbucks and Paper Source. Fatty Sundays also provides customized branded pretzel treats for corporate events and gifts, with options to match a company's branding through sprinkles and packaging. The business is certified as Women-Owned and OU-D Kosher.
