For 23 years, we have enjoyed a reputation as Danbury's premier towing service. BUT WE ARE SO MUCH MORE THAN TOWING! The BEST part of our business is the world-class auto repair we provide. At our state of the art repair facility, we can repair any automotive problems from routine oil changes and seasonal service to complex engine and transmission rebuilding. When a vehicle is brought to our facility, the problem is diagnosed quickly and a computerized estimate is provided. To ensure quality, we employ ASE-certified technicians. Whenever necessary, Brian Anderson, the owner, will also "roll up his sleeves" and pitch in to help in the shop. We take customer satisfaction seriously. Federal Towing and Car Care is part of the AAA/Connecticut Motor Club Approve Auto Repair Program. Repair facilities in the AAA program have been certified by AAA to meet stringent quality standards in training, equipment and customer service. AAA members receive, on request, a free 24-point safety inspection with any paid repair, a minimum 12-month/12,000 mile warranty, guaranteed written estimates, return of replacement parts, and AAA-mediated dispute resolution. Federal Towing is also a NAPA Auto Care Center. This means that NAPA supports us with a nationwide warranty program. We use NAPA-certified parts in our repairs to assure that all repairs are covered by the nationwide warranty. We make sure a customer is completely satisfied before considering a job to be concluded. As a convenience for our clients, we offer notification when routine maintenance is needed via phone, fax, e-mail or postal mail.
