Personal Training, Small Group and Yoga! We specialize in training adults that are beginner to intermediate fitness levels. If you are looking for someone to train you 1-1 or in a group setting, but you are just starting out and are nervous- you have come to the right place! We are all about making you feel GREAT!!! There is no intimidation factor- no ego- no worry about going as fast as you can-just you- learning and progressing in your natural time. If you happen to have an old knee injury or maybe high blood pressure, don’t worry! We have experience in training individuals with different health concerns. Our philosophy is Functional Training that will support your healthy lifestyle. We help people feel better and have more energy so that they can do the things they love in life! We want people to truly understand the exercise and why they are doing it. Creating mind-body awareness is vital for how we train. We are constantly coaching clients how to breathe while they work out- as this will enhance how effective you are and will help you grow stronger. By studying and training with the Functional Aging Institute, we are able to specifically train folks over 50 years old. We realize people over 50 years old have different goals, and want to approach them in a different way. We talk with you about your nutrition and how you fuel yourself. You will get guidance on better sleep, hydration and overall mental health as well! Our training studio is 3,000 square feet and located in Denver, right off of I-70. There is PLENTY of free parking along with big bright windows that creates an open space inside. Because we are all about Functional Fitness, we have equipment on hand that will challenge your body in ways that you move in real life. No machines. The idea is to gain full range of motion, challenge balance, work on posture and integrate flexibility. We offer Group Fitness Classes, Personal Training, Yoga, Suspension Strap Training (TRX) and more!
