Founded in 1997, Felicia Healthcare Group is a 100% locally owned company with over 25 years of experience, a team of around 1,500 employees, a modern pharmaceutical warehouse, and a network of more than 200 pharmacies across the Republic of Moldova.

In 2021, we achieved one of the most significant expansions in the pharmaceutical market by acquiring “RihPanGalFarma SRL” and the “Gedeon Richter Pharmaceutical Network,” further consolidating our position and raising quality standards across our operations.

We also provide international companies with access to the Moldovan market through integrated marketing, sales, and distribution services in pharmaceuticals, dermato-cosmetics, medical devices, and other healthcare sectors.

Beyond our core business, we are actively engaged in social projects nationwide, such as “Felicia ECO” — focused on collecting and safely disposing of expired medicines and packaging — and “Start Frumos”, which supports young pharmacists through fully funded studies, internships, and employment opportunities. Together with other community initiatives, these projects shape our mission: to support healthy generations through care, innovation, and social responsibility.
