Fidelity ADT Commercial is the retail and commercial solutions arm of Fidelity ADT, delivering integrated security services to retailers and other businesses. As the Southern Africa exclusive distributor of Sensormatic's Retail Solutions, it serves customers from single-store boutiques to global retail enterprises and emphasizes local support and regional expansion. Its offerings include electronic article surveillance, monitoring and response, access control, electric fencing, and fire detection and suppression, with RFID-enabled features that integrate into a unified retail intelligence platform via the TrueVUE system. Headquartered in Midrand, Gauteng, South Africa, Fidelity ADT Commercial operates as a mid-to-large security services provider within a broader group. It traces its origins to Tyco Retail Solutions and was rebranded after Tyco International sold its South African business in 2017, with a focus on strengthening local support and expanding its footprint in Africa. In August 2023, Fidelity ADT launched a firefighting service in Gauteng.
