Fidlon Legal specializes in labor and employment law and serves clients throughout metro Atlanta, Georgia and elsewhere.  Mr. Fidlon is a 1998 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and has focused his practice on labor and employment law since that time.  He has practiced with top-notch firms and represented clients of all sizes, from Fortune 100 companies to individual employees.  He enjoys helping clients solve their legal issues in the most cost-effective way.  The firm represents and advises clients in all aspects of the employment relationship, including discrimination claims, employment contracts, employee discipline and termination, non-competes and other restrictive covenants, compliance with disability and medical leave laws, wage and overtime disputes, violation of health and safety regulations, and other alleged statutory, regulatory and common law violations.  In addition, we regularly negotiate and draft corporate policy handbooks, employment contracts, separation agreements and restrictive covenants.  Mr. Fidlon also develops and present training programs and frequently speaks and writes on labor and employment law topics.
