Field Verified, Inc. was formed in 2013 with a team of architects, engineers and construction professionals. Our goal was to focus solely on the building envelope field in order to provide the highest level of value to our clients. We feel that this value is provided through our ability to identify issues early and provide practical solutions. We use our practical knowledge to help identify solutions, not just find problems. At Field Verified, our field experience comes from decades spent in both the field inspection of new and existing buildings and as contractors performing the work. We are a leading edge provider of Building Envelope Commissioning Services because the individuals that comprise our team have been responsible for building envelope quality assurance on hundreds of projects. Our Lean business philosophy will be evident in our Not-To-Exceed pricing. We contract out the large overhead items that raise the hourly rates of other firms and our use of proprietary reporting eliminates administrative costs associated with reporting.
