Fifield Piaker Elman Architects P.C. is a New York City architecture firm directed by three principals; Mark Elman, Jason DuMond, Jin Lee and two principal emeriti; John T. Fifield ad David L. Piaker. Founded in 1984, the firm's practice has included commercial and residential renovation, historic preservation, adaptive reuse, housing, retail and corporate design, and planning.

Our professional aims are to provide quality design with superior client service. Our inherent enthusiasm for the design and construction process has resulted in the undertaking of a wide variety of project types. Specializing in renovation and adaptive reuse, we are particularly interested in creating a dialogue between new architectural intervention and existing context.
