The Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church is a Protestant congregation in New York City, located at the corner of Fifth Avenue and 55th Street in midtown Manhattan. Founded in 1808 and having occupied the current site since 1875, it is affiliated with the Presbyterian Church (USA) and describes itself as a diverse, inclusive community of faith.

Worship is held at 9:30 am in the Chapel (with Sunday School) and at 11:00 am in the Sanctuary (with childcare), with the Lord's Supper observed on the first Sunday of each month.
