The Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church is a Protestant congregation in New York City, located at the corner of Fifth Avenue and 55th Street in midtown Manhattan. Founded in 1808 and having occupied the current site since 1875, it is affiliated with the Presbyterian Church (USA) and describes itself as a diverse, inclusive community of faith. Worship is held at 9:30 am in the Chapel (with Sunday School) and at 11:00 am in the Sanctuary (with childcare), with the Lord's Supper observed on the first Sunday of each month. The church is a congregation of about 2,000 members and is led by Senior Pastor Rev. Dr. Scott Black Johnston. In May 2020, the church launched an outreach program to mitigate hunger and food insecurity arising from the Covid-19 pandemic.
