Fikes Truck Line is one of the oldest trucking companies in Arkansas, founded by the Fikes family in 1941. Jim Smith purchased the company in 1981 and began with eleven contractors transporting goods within the state.

Today, our company is a premier flat-bed and heavy haul specialist — benefiting from 48-state operating authority and brokering authority, and contracts with qualified Independent Trucking Professionals. Our fleet of independent trucking professionals is equipped to haul with flatbed, drop deck, RGN and sidekit trailers. Headquartered in Hope, Arkansas, with terminals in Alabama, Kentucky, and Texas and sales offices in Tennessee and Oklahoma, we enjoy long-standing relationships with well-known manufacturers across the United States.
