Financial Education Services, Inc (FES) offers the post-filing debtor education certificate class, the second of two courses required by Federal bankruptcy laws.  The debtor ed class, also known as post-bankruptcy class, is available online, by phone and in-person classes to help people who have filed for bankruptcy obtain a debtor education certificate so that the Court can formally discharge their debt.  

We help both the bankruptcy filer and their respective bankruptcy attorney to obtain the necessary certifications to complete the bankruptcy filing process.  Our classes are also available in Spanish. Each FES staff member holds either a state teacher's certificate or certification as a credit counselor or financial counselor from a recognized independent organization.
