We work with clients to implement a financial architecture that makes sense (e.g. your general ledger, invoice management tool and payroll provider should be linked to one another!) and take ownership of the traditional CFO functions such as bookkeeping, receivables and payables. We offer our real life experience to help companies navigate the challenges they are sure to face such as budgeting, managing cash flow, developing fundraising strategies (e.g. debt vs. equity) and HR matters. We have also built custom financial tools for clients that have specific needs that are not addressed by software the market.
