Finaventures is a Redwood City, California-based venture capital and growth equity firm founded in 1999 that concentrates on building Business Ecosystem Groups. It combines capital with transformative innovation and deep managerial involvement to create networks of wholly owned companies that interconnect products, services, and partnerships, with a focus on Tech Infrastructure and Renewable Energy to address Last Mile challenges.

Its value creation stems from integrating operations across the ecosystem and using margin stacking and shared cost pools to optimize performance. The firm emphasizes real products, cash flow, and net income, guided by principles of integrity, transparency, pragmatism, and self-restraint from following the herd, while avoiding leverage or accounting gimmicks. All aspects of the group are audited by world-class third-party auditors to uphold accountability, and the current ecosystem is described at everpower.ai and on its LinkedIn page.
