Finger Lakes Community College is a public higher education institution located in Canandaigua, New York, and it operates as part of the State University of New York system. Its programs challenge learners to persevere, pursue growth, and graduate with the practical skills needed for employment or further study. Across its student body, more than 90% of graduates either continue into bachelor’s programs or enter the workforce, illustrating a focus on tangible outcomes. The college emphasizes four core values—Vitality, Inquiry, Perseverance, and Interconnectedness—as guiding principles for students and alumni. One recent development is the Student Corporation launching a free monthly webinar series in January 2026 to help participants understand and apply artificial intelligence in the workplace.
