Who we are. 
As a Community Health Center, Finger Lakes Community Health offers full medical, dental, and behavioral health services to everyone in our community. We accept most insurances and offer a generous sliding fee discount for services, regardless of a patient’s insurance status. To us, building a healthy community is not simply a matter of providing health services, but of being true champions for wellness. 

We always ensure high-quality care for the communities we serve. We pride ourselves on providing healthcare for everyone in the Finger Lakes region, including Bath, Geneva, Newark, Ovid, Penn Yan, Port Byron, Sodus, and Dundee Dental. 

Six of our health centers, Geneva Community Health, Penn Yan, Ovid, Port Byron, Newark, and Sodus Community Health, have been nationally recognized as Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Homes.
