Fire & Flavor is a small manufacturing company based in Athens, Georgia, founded by Gena Knox and her husband Davis after they began selling cedar planks from their garage. The business centers on cedar plank grilling, a technique inspired by Native American cooking that yields a smoky flavor with straightforward preparation and an attractive presentation. Over time, the product line has grown to include brines, charcoal, seasonings, and other all-natural offerings that complement home cooking. The company aims to help at-home cooks prepare simple, healthy, flavorful meals with accessible tools and recipes. Recipes are developed by the founder and tested by her family, reinforcing a practical, family-tested approach to everyday cooking.
