At Firebird Artisan Mills, we mill, blend and package flour ingredients in our dedicated gluten-free facility. We have been milling organic and conventional ancient grains, amaranth, buckwheat, flax, legumes, millet and quinoa for nearly a decade. We also mix and package food products for retail from 6 ounces to 10 pounds, retail and bulk usage from 25 pounds to super sacks of up to 2,000 pounds of pure, gluten-free goodness, packaged in both form-fill and pouch-style bags. We produce more than 20 products, including gluten-free baking mixes (biscuits, brownies, cake, cookies, muffins, pancakes, pie crust and quick breads) and a variety of novel flours. All of our products are free of GMOs. We are a lab-tested, certified organic, gluten-free, kosher and BRC-rated facility. Firebird Artisan Mills is a subsidiary of Agspring.
