First Call Cleaning and Restoration, Inc. specializes in disaster restoration (fire, smoke, water, and mold damage), NADCA Certified commercial and residential air duct cleaning,  board-ups, vehicle impacts, trauma and crime scene cleanup, and weatherization services. Specialty services include crawl space encapsulations, carpentry and framing repairs.  We are a second generation, family owned business since 1989. We have an eye for service, quality and transparency.

We are also a full service restoration company, handling insurance claims from pack-out to pack-in.  

We offer 24-hour emergency services, including board-up after a fire or break-in, water extraction, mitigation, and pack-outs and content storage, if necessary.  

First Call holds certifications with the IICRC, EPA, NADCA and NC General Contractor Licensing Board.
