First Choice Health is a Seattle-based, physician- and hospital-owned organization that has served Washington and the Northwest since 1985. It operates an independent PPO network serving Washington and Oregon, with expanding coverage in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and beyond. The network includes more than 120,000 directly contracted and credentialed providers and 369 hospitals, supporting a range of payers such as insurance companies, third-party administrators, and plan sponsors.

In addition to the PPO, the company provides Medical Management Services, an Employee Assistance Program, a Physician Assistance Program, and Health Plan Administration. The organization serves well over a million people through these products and services. In November 2025 it launched a Dynamic Claims Routing Engine to deliver cost savings and automation for networks, employers, and TPAs.
