First Montgomery Group, AMO© (FMG) is a family owned and operated diversified real estate organization established in 1986 with headquarters in Haddon Township, NJ. It is comprised of two generations of family members, with diversified real estate holdings in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. FMG is a builder, developer, owner and property manager of real estate holdings including ten multi-family apartment communities located in NJ, PA and DE totaling over 5,059 units; multiple shopping centers and retail sites in NJ and PA and other projects in various stages of planning, development and approval. As an Accredited Management Organization AMO©, the organization adheres to the strict ethical guidelines and principles of the Institute of Real Estate Management, IREM©. The organization pursues development, re-development, rehabilitation, construction and acquisition of real estate projects in near proximity to its Southern New Jersey headquarters where the principals all live with their respective families adhering to the “management by walking around” philosophy.
