First State Bank is a locally owned and managed bank in Arkansas. When a group of Russellville bankers decided they had to have a better way to bank, they decided to create one, founding First State Bank. FSB was designed to provide a genuinely local approach to banking- local management and staff, local decisions-guided by a vision rooted in providing what is best for local citizens. The bank has integrated the latest technology and continues to evolve to serve its current customers and the patrons of the future. All the while, retaining the vision and values that were intact when FSB was created.
