Our Home Health Aides are NY State Certified and are required to go through a rigorous onboarding process before being placed with one of our clients. Our process includes background checks, medical clearance, drug testing and additional interactive training with one of our registered nurse educators. We provide ongoing Dementia training to all our staff and our Caregivers are supervised at a level that far exceed the NY State Licensure requirements. All this for added peace of mind.
