Fisher-Titus Medical Center is a non-profit health system based in Norwalk, Ohio, serving Huron County and surrounding communities. It operates a 99-bed acute care hospital and includes a skilled nursing facility, an assisted living campus, a Home Health Center, and an emergency transport service, all supported by an employed primary and specialty care physician group. Established in 1917, the system provides a broad range of medical services—cardiovascular, oncology, neurology, orthopedics, women’s and children’s health (including a birthing center and pediatric care), surgical services (including robotic-assisted procedures), and emergency care with a Primary Stroke Center and a Level III Trauma Center. 

In 2010 Fisher-Titus became the nation’s first all-digital, fully integrated hospital community, implementing an electronic health record system and interactive technology in patient rooms. Recent developments include expanding the Fisher-Titus Medical Care group offices in Sandusky, Ohio and in Erie, Pennsylvania, and the organization was recognized as a 2024 Digital Health Most Wired honoree.
