FIT Rehab is a privately owned and operated company established in April of 2009 by Physical Therapist Maria Tocco.  With a background in acute rehab, Maria’s goal for the company is to promote a comprehensive team approach to therapy services.  An approach that incorporates listening to the patients, understanding their needs, and creating a customized treatment plan that restores function, improves mobility and promotes independence.  With this approach, it is stressed that all health care professionals involved with the patient communicate with one another to provide the best overall outcome.  It is also vitally important and stressed that all caregivers and family members are a part of the overall plan of care and any education is provided if needed.

Just like our approach for in-home therapy, the outpatient facility offers an actual physical therapist verse a physical therapist aide.  There are no more than two patients in one hour of time to ensure quality care and customized treatment plans.  We see all ages and accept most insurances.  Find us on Facebook.
