1) Our Work Force Strong Program- We supply on-site Injury Prevention Specialists to strengthen your employees, replace outdated safety-training programs, and teach proper lifting form. In addition, we offer tips on ergonomics and demonstrate various stretches to reduce bodily pains. Truly, we breathe life into a service that has long needed an upgrade. 2) FA Facilities- You’ll notice it from the moment you walk in the door of our studio in Clifton Park, NY-this is not your typical gym. At Fitness Artist, we offer exclusive one-on-one personal training, as well as private group and open group classes, all in a friendly, inviting environment. In addition, we also offer physical therapy and beauty services à la carte.
 
Whether your goals include weight loss, toning, building strength, increasing endurance, rehabilitation, improving your diet–or a combination of these–our professional trainers have the expertise to customize a program just for you. We accept a limited number of clients to ensure we always provide a highly personalized training experience to address your individual objectives. We also offer scheduling flexibility to accommodate your busy lifestyle.
