The Fitness Therapeutics program, created by Dr. Bruce Farmer, MD, CPT (ACSM), CES (NASM), is based on a scientifically designed system of movements that strengthen and re-align muscles and joints called Trizone Movement Therapy™. \r\n\r\nThe Back In Action program comes with training logs, an easy to understand demonstration video, and an explicit instructional brochure packed with photos and tips. While we are an adjunct to your doctor, not a substitute, we work closely with your physician to monitor your progress. \r\n\r\nThe Back In Action movements are easy to perform in the comfort of your own home and require less than an hour a day. This program may allow you to avoid the danger and expense of surgery and pain medications at a fraction of the cost. Best of all, we are with you every step of the way. When you enroll in our Back In Action program, you will receive the best advice and support from our Fitness Coaches. They will answer your questions, provide motivation and help you achieve the success you deserve.
