We are a small, personalized facility of over 20 years that offers you professional attention in a place as comfortable and unintimidating as your own home. We have a top flight studio in downtown Bethesda, we offer free parking and we are 100 yards from the Bethesda Metro. We work a little differently than many clubs. We design a program specifically for you and your needs. We don't do cookie cutter routines. The evaluation process is a thorough seven-part evaluation including Health/Injury History Evaluation, a Cardiorespiratory Submaximal Test, Blood Pressure Test, Body Composition Analysis, Muscular Strength Tests, a Functional Movement Screen and Postural Analysis. Using that information we then design your program! We coordinate your program with physician and therapist recommendations for continuity of care. We have special knowledge of post-rehabilitation exercise that allows us to combine fitness with wellness and energy with caring for each of our FitnessWise "family." We do not have any professional sales people and we offer many different fee structures and memberships, depending on your goals, where you plan to exercise, your frequency of training, etc. All memberships include 2 personal training sessions each month. We work with children, older adults and everyone in between. No membership cards...we know everyone by name.
