Fix-It Diesel technicians are trained with all of the latest software for your equipment. Our shop is certified to do PM services, 90 day BIT inspections and D.O.T annual inspections on all heavy duty commercial truck and trailers.
Programs
We have specific software for electronic online diagnostics and the equipment to fit your every diesel repair need. Our repair services and trained technicians diagnose and troubleshoot specific issues without guesswork and pin-point accuracy. We carefully evaluate the symptoms of every customer’s complaint and build a troubleshooting tree with on spot wire value checks to ensure a proper repair every time. In addition to engine and powertrain faults, we expertly handle all of our customers ABS issues and related brake component failures, air ride and suspension detail to factory specifications.
Engines and Engine Rebuilds
We perform at our best to get your fleet running at optimal performance. The vast knowledge of our experienced technicians allows our shop to go in depth with full engine teardowns and rebuilds to custom fit your fleet’s demands. We specialize in all major engine manufacturers such as Cummins, Detroit, Volvo, Maxxforce, CAT, Mercedez Benz, Paccar and all related models.
Transmissions / Automatic & Manual
Our technicians perform Drivetrain, clutch inspections and adjustments. We evaluate shift issues and drivability concerns. We can handle automatic and manual transmission issues and complete swaps.
Regens
Fix It Diesel understands the Regeneration system and emission regulation laws and performance diagnostics and evaluation. We can perform an engines derate analysis and check for power loss issues. If applicable we will perform a “bake” on catalytic filter to bring filter status into good standing.
