Family-Owned Branding Being a family-run business since 1990 with a strong heritage can appeal to customers seeking personalized service and authenticity. Flags.com started as family run business in 1990. A United States Marine and his loving wife opened the doors of their basement to the public. They started with a selection of decorative flags, knick knacks, state flags, military flags, country flags, and of course American flags. Sometimes people stopped at their Maryland home with interest in purchasing a flagpole like those lining their front yard. Other times passers-by would see their custom “Regal Flags & Poles, Inc” flags, and stop in to get one of their own made. The business has since moved to sunny Florida for obvious reasons, but is still run by the family. Today they are still providing the same great small business service, just with more competitive prices a much larger selection!
