Flamingo Horticulture operates across the horticulture value chain, growing, processing and distributing flowers and premium vegetables produced under sustainable practices. The group comprises multiple affiliated businesses and joint ventures with operations in Africa, Europe, and the United Kingdom, including Flamingo Flowers, Flamingo Produce, Omniflora, Dudutech and the FV Seleqt joint venture, among others. It serves major UK retailers and also exports to a broad international customer base across Europe, South Africa, the Middle East, Japan and Australia.

The company maintains UK sites in Stevenage, Sandy, Spalding and Weston and runs large farming operations in Kenya, Tanzania and South Africa, with additional activity in Europe in the Westland region of the Netherlands and near Frankfurt airport in Germany, plus Dudutech based in Naivasha, Kenya. Founded in 1982, Flamingo Horticulture grew through organic development and acquisitions, was part of James Finlay Limited for a period, and returned to its current name after a 2015 sale. In October 2023 the Flamingo Group was recognized with industry awards, including Overall Fresh Produce Business of the Year and Flamingo Horticulture as Supermarket Floral & Plant Supplier of the Year.
