Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) is a U.S. Navy depot-level maintenance, repair, overhaul and modification facility focused on aircraft, engines, weapons systems, components and support equipment. It is one of nine Fleet Readiness Centers and one of three performing depot-level work, operating through three detachments at NAS Jacksonville, NS Mayport, and NAS Key West to support homeported and visiting squadrons. The organization maintains manufacturing capability to fabricate parts and tooling, supported by in-house engineering and logistics teams, with the Crinkley Engine Facility handling overhaul of engine modules and related components. Based in Jacksonville, Florida, FRCSE is the largest tenant command at NAS Jacksonville and a major regional employer within the defense and space manufacturing sector. Its operations cover ongoing maintenance, repairs and modifications across a range of aircraft to sustain fleet readiness for U.S. Navy missions.
