Founded in 2000, Flightstar is a leading provider of heavy maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services to the commercial aviation industry.  Flightstar is a FAA Part 145 Repair Station with a Class IV unlimited rating certification and is one of the fastest growing aircraft mechanic repair shops in the world employing over 1,000 craftsmen across 3 shifts.   The facility, located in Jacksonville, Florida, includes three hangars encompassing over 460,000 square feet, a dedicated 35,000 sq. ft. coating bay capable of performing full aircraft strip and paint services, and a climate controlled warehouse of 52,000 square feet. From Airbus and Boeing aircraft,  passenger and cargo fleets.
