Flintridge Center provides reintegration support, workforce development for formerly incarcerated community members through the Apprenticeship Preparation Program, and youth development and diversion through the Youth of Promise program.

Our mission is to break the cycle of poverty and violence through community planning, innovation and action. We envision a healthy, safe community where families thrive, youth reach their full potential, and equality and opportunity are accessible to all.

For more than 30 years, Flintridge’s work and activities have been shaped by the community and its needs. By providing hope and help to those in need through comprehensive programs, we believe we can uplift individuals and help communities thrive.
