Flix theaters feature state-of-the-art digital projection and sound, comfortable stadium seating, parabolic screens, extendable Easy-Glider table tops and wait staff call buttons. Some Flix Brewhouses feature luxury electric recliners. Each Flix Brewhouse location is a separate legal entity owned by Flix Entertainment LLC, a Texas-based holding company (the "Company"). All team members at each separately-owned location are legally employed by Cinema Breweries Inc., a Delaware corporation. With the help of the Shuttered Venues SBA program, today Flix operates ten dine-in cinema brewpubs totaling 87 screens: Round Rock, TX; Des Moines, IA; Carmel, IN; Albuquerque, NM; Frisco/Little Elm, TX; Madison, WI; El Paso, TX; San Antonio, TX; Oklahoma City, OK; and Mansfield, TX.
