The Florida Fire Chiefs' Association (FFCA) is a public safety association that serves chief fire executives from career, combination, and volunteer fire departments, and offers associate memberships to a broad range of fire and emergency services personnel, from public information officers to firefighters. The organization is based in Tallahassee, Florida, at 221 Pinewood Drive, and has a staff of 11 to 50 employees. In 1994, FFCA established the Florida Fire Chiefs' Foundation, which delivers education programs through the Foundation's Center for Fire and Emergency Services Leadership, including the Emergency Services Leadership Institute. Its technology profile includes usage of Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare, along with several web development tools such as Module Federation, MooTools, jQuery Migrate, and jQuery. In January 2026 the association participated in the Florida Fire & EMS Conference and announced Kevin Mangan, the Public Information Officer for High Springs Fire Department, as PIO of the Year for 2025.
