Florida Parishes Human Services Authority (FPHSA) is a Louisiana-based public health organization in the hospitals and health care sector that provides behavioral health and developmental disabilities services for residents of the five northshore Florida Parishes. Based in Mandeville, the authority coordinates care and supports to improve access to behavioral health and developmental services for individuals and families in the region. Historically, it has launched programs such as Functional Family Therapy - Child Welfare (FFT-CW) in 2019 and an overdose prevention campaign in 2018. 

In March 2026, FPHSA expanded its footprint with a new health center in Hammond, Indiana, established in partnership with DePaul Community Health Centers, with a ribbon-cutting event at 835 Pride Drive, Suite B, Hammond. The organization maintains a relatively small staff and focuses on collaborations to broaden access to care across its service areas.
