In addition to its current project, Harbourside Place, which will be the City Center for the Town of Jupiter, located on the Intracoastal Waterway in the heart of Jupiter, FRC has an alliance with the Town of Jupiter to finance the Biotech manufacturing that comes from Scripps Research Institute, and bioresearch companies that the Town has funded. The Scripps Institute is located on Florida Atlantic University (FAU) campus in Jupiter. This branch of the regional center will create thousands of jobs over the next ten years and provide opportunity for several hundred EB-5 investors. The Florida Regional Center is the only Regional Center in Florida that has the support of its Congressional leaders and all local government elected officials.
