Established in 1999, Fluid Resource Management began by providing operations and maintenance services to facility owners in the water and wastewater industries on California’s Central Coast. Owned by Michael, Chuck, and Troy Ellison and Chris Nally, our ownership team has over 60 years of experience as operators, maintenance technicians, project managers, and plant superintendents of privately-owned and municipal facilities. We currently serve clients throughout California and monitor dozens of additional facilities remotely. FRM is a certified small business, holds a Class A General Engineering Contractor's License and California Contract Operator's License.
