In 2011, after repairing Smartphones and Tablets out of a dining room for a few years, the Fix My Gadget Co. was founded by Larry Mikell, a Bradley University graduate. Fix My Gadget, Inc. opened it's first retail location in 2013 in Peoria Heights IL.  Two years later, in 2015, Fix My Gadget opened it's 2nd location in North Peoria, IL.
